Registration is free to all who genuinely feel that they may qualify to be a clean and disease free single and would like to become a member. However, upon registering and applying for membership all new registrants will remain non-member registrants (trial members) until such time as they send payment to activate membership. As a registered non-member (trial member) your pending membership status will serve to initiate your CDF Singles membership upon upgrading your account to a paid monthly subscription. Newly registered non-member registrants (trial members) may only browse registrant and member profiles but may only have access to Extended Member Profiles with HIV/STD test results and CDF Singles Member Update STD-free information results, upon becoming a paid CDF Singles member. And at such time be required to take a series of HIV/STD tests, and post negative STD test results to their member profile, in order to remain a qualified active member; be quarantined, by agreeing to use and to have any current mate(s) use provided CDF Singles "Member Pledge" condoms or other recommended condoms at all times while new member is being initiated and quarantined; or to practice abstinence, until CDF Singles has received HIV/STD test results and a match has been made with another CDF Single.
New member applicants must carefully read over our "Member Rules and Regulations", "Disclaimer" and "FAQ", and agree to all "Terms and Conditions". Those who genuinely feel that they may qualify to be a clean and disease free single and would like to become a member may register, create a profile, and apply for membership. After agreeing to all terms and initiating the membership, new member will then be required to take the CDF Singles Interview (a series of questions that will serve to give member an idea of the likelihood of their being clean and disease free). Paid CDF Singles members are provided with an analysis of answers to questions asked in the interview that provides the meaning to the member's answers, and are provided with a self-analysis that gives them all the information they need to determine if they themselves need to be tested. These analysis answers appear in the member's Extended Profile, accessible to them for efficiently managing their own STD-free status.
All new members are considered CDF Level-1 untested members and will be required to have an initial STD test taken in order to become a CDF Level-2 member. Though new members will be registered and in our search database, they will remain at Level-1 until their first STD test is taken, uploaded, and posted to their profile; and their status for HIV test will remain "NONE" until we get test results. Upon receiving "NEGATIVE" HIV test results, member should upload their original HIV test results to their profile. Members must take this vital STD test and post negative test results to their member profile, in order to become a fully qualified Level-2 member.
STD TEST REPORTS (View Member's Actual STD Test Results)
CDF Singles provides its members with our exclusive one-of-a-kind features, such as the ability to upload and display your actual STD test results to your profile for other interested members to see. As STD tests are taken and upon getting results, test result documents should immediately be scanned and uploaded to your profile, as you would your photo, where indicated in the Edit Profile mode, or from the STD Testing Windows page. Or we can scan and upload your STD test result documents for you. Your STD test result documents will then be visible for all other interested members to see.
Because we are a specialized dating service dedicated to the clean and disease free single only, you will not be considered a member or clean and disease free single until you have submitted a series of STD tests as specified. And your negative test results have been posted to your profile. CDF Singles will also be required to provide periodic HIV/STD test result updates as required and at their own discretion; and to score big extra points with other members - as frequently as possible.
Membership in CDF Singles is not for everybody (such as those who lead a consistently sexually promiscuous lifestyle), only those who are willing to put forth an honest effort and have a determination to stay clean and disease free; from the time they register, until all STD test results are received, posted to their profiles and thereafter. And who have a sincere desire to meet and make sexual contact with only others who are clean and disease free.
Since most clinics that offer HIV testing also offer testing for other STDs, for convenience, Herpes tests should also be taken with HIV tests, and at the same time you are having HIV testing done. Or a full panel, or “blanket testing”, of all STDs should be done to save time and to get all of your test results posted to your profile as soon as possible.
A list of STD testing centers that offer FREE HIV/STD testing is provided to all new members upon becoming a member.
24 HOUR REAL-TIME STD STATUS UPDATES
Member should also consistently make their current STD-free status known to other members by editing/updating their CDF Singles Interview questionnaire at any time a change occurs in their sexual health or "at risk" status, in the Edit CDF-Interview mode. Using the Member Update Information feature located at the bottom of the questionnaire will allow you to provide up-to-the-minute STD status update information in real-time 24 hours a day, at the actual time it is happening. Any new STD test taken can also be uploaded 24 hours a day in the Edit Profile mode and posted to your profile for providing timely new test information.
All new applicants must agree to all of the "Terms and Conditions" and "Member Rules and Regulations".
Selection of a potential mate shall be at the sole discretion of the member applicant. And member assumes all risks involved in such.
No unprotected sex is allowed by any CDF Singles member at any time, from the start of membership and until a suitable match is found.
All new members are considered CDF Level-1 members and will be required to have an initial HIV test taken in order to become a CDF Level-2 qualified member. Though new members will be registered and in our search database, they will remain at Level-1 until their first STD test is taken; and their Level-1 status for HIV test will remain "NONE" until first test is taken and results submitted. Upon receiving "NEGATIVE" HIV test results, member should upload their original HIV test results to their profile. Members must take this vital STD test and post negative test results to their member profile, in order to become a qualified Level-2 member. As STD tests are taken and upon getting results, all test result documents should immediately be scanned and uploaded to your profile, as you would your photo, where indicated in the Edit Profile mode. Or from the STD Testing Windows page. Your HIV/STD test result documents will then be visible for all other members to see.
If your HIV test results are NEGATIVE your NEGATIVE test results along with interview questionnaire results will be posted to your profile in a secure restricted area accessible to active members who are interested in meeting you only.
If your HIV test results are POSITIVE, no POSITIVE will be posted to your profile; instead, your membership WILL NOT be accepted, your profile removed, and your membership canceled.
These CDF Single rules must be adhered to and rigorously enforced at all times. Regardless of any objections made by non-member sexual partners, before a match has been made. Registrant understands that by strictly adhering to these rules that he/she helps to ensure that they will find a clean and disease free mate. And with this same universal mutual cooperation, it will help to ensure that all members will find a clean and disease free mate. And that any deviation from CDF Single guidelines will only prolong accurate HIV test results. If member decides to have unprotected sex at any time after joining while being quarantined and is not willing to remain quarantined, registrant's membership shall be considered effectively terminated.
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY
Since the purpose of this service is to provide clean disease free singles to others looking to meet them, NO UNPROTECTED SEX IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME FROM THE START OF MEMBERSHIP AND UNTIL A SUITABLE MATCH IS FOUND. If you should decide to have any unprotected sex, including oral sex, at any time while being initiated, your membership status will change and be considered effectively terminated; and a voluntary cancellation of your membership required at this juncture. If you decide to voluntarily cancel, account will be deleted until you renew your account with a membership renewal request along with new NEGATIVE HIV test results.
VOLUNTARY ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION/REACTIVATION
As an alternative, if member would like to avoid account deletion and keep their profile information intact, they can "deactivate" their profile and remove it from public view by going to the "My Account", area and clicking "Deactivate Account". Then clicking on "STD Testing Windows". By using the STD Testing Windows chart you will be able to determine the appropriate number of weeks needed to retest after any unprotected sex or "at risk" occurance.
With this option member should notify us of the election to deactivate account for this purpose so that we may update their STD test status, at which time the HIV “Negative” test result posting and all other NEGATIVE STD test result postings will be removed from your profile, and you will be required to start the incubation period monitoring process all over again. Member should also consistently make their current status known to other members by editing/updating their CDF Singles Interview questionnaire at any time a change occurs in their sexual health or "at risk" status, in the Edit CDF-Interview mode.
The temporary deactivation of member's account is also recommended if you find a suitable match and begin dating another member; as less simultaneous relationships will help increase safe sex practices.
If the member would like to renew their membership after a cancellation they must reregister by indicating "Membership Renewal" on the order form and submit monthly membership payment along with new NEGATIVE HIV test results at the time of registration. Member should allow a minimum incubation period of 25 days after any "at risk" occurrence and before any membership renewal, and taking a new first HIV test, while remaining in quarantine. Upon submitting initial HIV tests and retesting, see "STD Testing Windows" chart and correlated asterisks, for the appropriate number of weeks to allow for testing and for any HIV "Early Detection" tests. Member also understands and agrees that if membership is cancelled due to member not following CDF Singles guidelines and member later decides to resume membership, that member will be treated as a new registrant and subject to undergo the same new member initiation and to take another series of HIV and STD tests, be quarantined, and to use and to have any current mate(s) use CDF Singles "Member Pledge" condoms or other recommended condoms until test results have been posted to member's profile and a match found.
Do keep in mind that the success of this affiliation will depend on the universal mutual cooperation of everyone. And you will also be protecting the health and well-being of other members by being honest and bowing out gracefully if you voluntarily or involuntarily break your member pledge by having unprotected sex while being quarantined. Or if you may have acquired HIV as a result of any other high-risk event or activities, such as dirty intravenous drug needle use; a blood transfusion; or organ, bone, or tissue transplant, or other “at risk” activities. See, (FAQs/Are You At Risk?/What Is “At Risk” Activity) for a listing of other threatening “at risk” activities, occurrences, or events. If you find that you have experienced any of these, determine the date of the LAST of any of these occurrences and begin your incubation period for HIV/STD testing starting from that date; while indicating the LAST of any “at risk” occurrence and status change on your CDF interview questionnaire in Edit Profile mode.
